As a specialist in aquarium and zoo installations, Rich brings over 22 years of experience in the construction industry to AD&C. Rich excels in guiding clients through conceptual design, planning, budget preparation, scheduling and site management through Certificate of Occupancy and closeout ensuring that projects stay on budget and timeline. Having constructed aquariums and aquatic installations all over the globe, Rich maintains a particularly interesting perspective on latest trends and approaches.

 

Outside of work, Rich enjoys spending time with his family, walking his dogs, and cheering on his two daughters on the lacrosse field and  in gymnastics gym.  

Having designed, installed and overseen the construction of aquariums and aquatic life support systems around the world over the last 19 years, Eric has merged his passion for travel, education and animal life into his career. Eric's work is rooted in providing the absolute highest quality result for his clients and ensure the inhabitants of the spaces he creates thrive in their environments.

 

From a young age Eric was drawn to working with animals, so much so he studied pre-vet at OSU. His calling was to work on animals' behalf creating beautiful, safe, engaging environments for them to live that simultaneously teach humans more about them. Eric was the second person in the world to win the prestigious AALSO certification.

 

Eric is happiest spending time with his wife, MacKenzie, and their dog, Joel, taking advantage of all that their home in Northern Colorado has to offer.
